Burnstine's specializes in supplying decorative glass and mirror to the RV, Manufactured Housing, Cabinetry, and Specialty Vehicle markets. Our decorative glass and mirror is often found throughout units and/or homes in places such as the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen cabinets and backsplashes, overhead compartment doors, closet doors, and in the living room or living quarters.

We sell plain glass and mirror in addition to fabricated pieces including beveled, straight-line and pattern v-grooved, and lead-effect. We also sell tempered and patterned glass as well as screen printed mirror and glass.

Burnstine's carries a variety of "stock sizes" of glass and mirrors, however we are also able to cut custom sizes "in-house." All other fabricated or "special order" pieces are ordered direct from our manufacturer.

Edge Work:

	Clean Cut (CC): Raw cut edges and very sharp. Typically installed in a frame or in an application where the edges are not exposed.
	Seamed Edge (SE): The edges are sanded to knock off the sharpness. The edge is somewhat smooth but resembles the "unfinished look" of the clean cut piece.
	Polished Edge (PE): Smooth and Round. The edge resembles a milky appearance.

Fabrication

• Beveled Edge:
  1/2" bevel available on 1/8", 3/16" and 1/4" Glass or Mirror.
  1" bevel available on 3/16" or 1/4" Glass or Mirror
  Custom size bevel available. Please call us for more information on you specific needs.
• V-Groove:
  3/8" V-Groove available on 3/16" and 1/4" Glass or Mirror
  Straight-line or pattern V-Groove available.
• Certified Safety Backed(CSB):
  A vinyl backing is applied to the mirror for added safety. The mirror will stick to the vinyl when broken.
• Tempered Glass:
  Ordinary or "annealed" glass is heat treated in a tempering oven followed by a cooling procedure. The end result, tempered glass is about 4 times stronger. And unlike ordinary glass, which will shard when broken, tempered glass crumbles into tiny fragment pieces. Tempered Glass is used in areas where increased safety is an issue such as in the kitchen or bathroom.
• Screen Printed Glass:
  We will work directly with you to create a custom screen printed design for your company. We are able to print or modify your current design, provided there is no copyright status. A variety of colors are available. [ Inquire for more details.]
• Lead-Effect Glass:
  A Lead-Free process that simulates a lead-line design.
• Edge Tolerance:
  Clean Cut Edge= + or - 1/16" Seamed Edge and Polished Edge= + or - 1/8".
• Return and Warranty:
  There is no warranty or labor chargebacks on glass and mirror. Following initial inspection, there are not returns accepted on glass and mirror.
